Austin farmers markets: when, where and SNAP

Four year-round markets by day and neighborhood, and where your SNAP dollars go twice as far.

When are the farmers markets in Austin? On Saturdays from 9am to 1pm: SFC Farmers' Market Downtown at Republic Square, SFC at Sunset Valley, and Barton Creek Farmers Market. On Sundays from 10am to 2pm: Texas Farmers' Market at Mueller. All four run year-round and are free to enter. Both Sustainable Food Center markets accept SNAP and WIC and double SNAP benefits up to $30 a week through Double Up Food Bucks.
